Today we take you on a journey of discovery through the wines of the Vendée fiefdom.
This morning, we head for the wine tourism route. We’ll give you a loop of small paths through the vineyards, then finish the morning with a stop at Château de Rosnay.
It’s a 36-minute drive from the campsite.
35 km wine tourism circuit
We advise you to bring your bicycles so you can enjoy this tour at your leisure. You can park your car and follow the paths through the vineyards. A breathtaking landscape opens up before you. Vines as far as the eye can see…
During your walk, you’ll wander through charming little villages with stone-built houses.
At the end of your tour, return to Château de Rosnay.
The Jard family will be delighted to show you around one of the fief’s largest estates.
Covering 90 hectares, the estate produces red, white and rosé wines.
Christian and Olivier (father and son) are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise with you. Take a stroll through the vineyards and visit the winery.
At the end of the tour, you’ll have the chance to taste some of their vintages and learn more about them.
Treat yourself to a bottle of Fiefs Vendéen red, white or rosé, which you can enjoy on the terrace of your mobile home!
The rest of the day…
Afterwards, you can choose to return to the campsite to enjoy the swimming pool or stop off on a lovely sandy beach.
